I’ve spent my entire career learning how to see people, really see them. Thirteen years in radio taught me how to connect with people I’d never met, to entertain them, understand them, and see them without ever being in the same room. A decade in nonprofit leadership showed me what happens when people feel invisible, and what happens when someone cares enough to change that. Somewhere along the way I realized the ability to truly see another person isn’t just a personality trait.

It’s a superpower. And somewhere along the way, most of us forgot we had it.

Today I use that superpower in service of people who are building something meaningful — but can’t figure out why the world isn’t seeing them the way they see themselves.

That gap between who you are and how you’re perceived? I close it.
